“I can't say enough good things about my experience with the team at BPT physical therapy. I came in dealing with persistent knee pain that made everyday activities like walking, going up and down stairs, and exercising really difficult, especially running! From the very first session, they took the time to do a thorough evaluation, identify the root of the issue, and explain what was going on in a way that actually made sense.<br>My treatment plan was very personalized and included a combination of strengthening exercises, mobility work, and hands-on therapy. We focused a lot on building strength in my quads, glutes, and surrounding muscles to better support my knee, along with targeted stretches to improve flexibility and reduce stiffness. They also incorporated balance and stability exercises, which made a big difference in how confident and steady I feel during movement.<br>I've been to other therapists before and BPT was different in that they watch you do your exercises and correct you when you're not doing them properly, which I greatly appreciate since I wanted to improve and get better! They also don't give you exercises for just the targeted area of concern and come back to see you when you are finished; rather they give you an entire program which helps build core muscles that all tie in together and get you in solid shape. They adjusted the program as I improved, gradually progressed my exercises, added more functional movements, and made sure I was challenging myself safely without risking further injury. They also gave me clear guidance on what to do at home, which helped me stay consistent between sessions.<br>Thanks to their expertise and support, my knee pain has improved significantly. I'm now able to move much more comfortably and have return to activities I have been avoiding, (i.e.running). I truly appreciate how dedicated they were to my recovery, and I would highly recommend them to anyone dealing with knee issues or looking for a knowledgeable and caring physical therapist team. “FROM KNEE AND LOW PAIN TO HEAVY SQUATS PAIN FREE!<br><br>I had been dealing with pain in my left knee for well over a year due to a weak hip and poor internal rotation, and over time it started causing severe low back pain as well. It got to the point where it was affecting not only my workouts, but also my ability to do my job comfortably.<br><br>As a small gym owner and coach, I need to be able to move well, demonstrate exercises, coach group classes, and train alongside my clients every day. On top of that, I’m also a powerlifter, so completely stopping training or dramatically pulling back on lifting just wasn’t something I wanted to do.<br><br>I was specifically looking for a PT who understood that even though I needed to get fixed I still want to continue to train — not someone who was just going to tell me to stop lifting altogether.<br><br>After my initial assessment with Dr. Jayson at Iron Physio, I immediately felt confident in the plan. He explained exactly what was going on, reassured me that I could continue powerlifting, and helped me understand that if I put in the work consistently, we could get me back to feeling strong again.<br><br>Over the next 6 weeks, we worked together twice a week through a combination of corrective exercises, mobility work, and actual strength training movements that challenged me and helped me rebuild trust in my knee again. He always listened to my feedback, adapted sessions when needed, and made every appointment feel personal and hands-on. I was never treated like just another patient or bounced around between people.<br><br>I’m now lifting, squatting, lunging, jumping, and training like an athlete again — pain free.<br><br>I truly cannot recommend Ironphysio and Dr. Jayson enough to anyone looking to get out of pain and get back to living and training confidently again.”

They are extremely knowledgeable, supportive and ensure that you are progressing to the best of your ability. Travis, Tiffany and Riley are providing superior physical therapy services to me during a recovery from spinal surgery and from a severed ACL with two torn meniscus. Each week they monitor my progress and discuss in detail any issues I may be having. All of the Physical Therapist at Jag Bensalem are competent and appear to support each other. When I have to change my schedule, the other Physical Therapist who fill in are knowledgeable of my routine and are just as encouraging and supportive as my regularly assigned Physical Therapist. If you are looking for experienced, knowledgeable and qualified physical therapists, I recommend Jag of Bensalem.”
