Knox Solutions is a highly recommended plumbing business known for its exceptional customer service and professionalism. Customers have praised them for their efficient work, such as repairing water spigots and installing sinks and faucets on schedule. They have a strong reputation for providing quality services at reasonable prices, including complex conversions from propane to natural gas, while also respecting customers' homes by cleaning up after the job. Many reviews highlight the team’s ability to work with existing plumbing systems rather than pushing for costly replacements. The staff is noted for being thorough and respectful, making Knox Solutions the go-to company for plumbing needs. Overall, they have earned a five-star reputation for their reliable and professional service, making them a trusted choice in the community.
Honest, upfront and experienced. What more can you ask for! Highly recommend for the quality of work and speed.
Knox & Knox is absolutely wonderful! They are incredibly professional, fast and responsive. I needed to have extensive work done on a rental property including re-routing the kitchen plumbing, replacing the stack, and moving a washer/dryer hook up and drain. All the work was done on time as scheduled within a tight deadline. Cara is incredibly efficient and you receive an emailed scope of work with pricing included. Melvin comes when stated, has a great attitude and works until the job is done. I'm very happy and impressed with their business structure and their service. Last thing - I was having an emergency water issue at 11 pm on a Friday of a holiday weekend. Cara answered the phone and Melvin came out the next day (New Year's Eve!!!). Needless to say, I'm a fan. Knox & Knox is my go-to plumbers. Thank you so much!!
Always on time and ready to work! The work speaks for itself!
