Know Solutions installed a pedestal sink and faucet for me several months ago. They showed up on the agreed-upon day and time, and did the work in a professional manner. Everything works fine with no problems to date.
When my community had the option to switch from propane to natural gas at no cost to me for the meter install I jumped at it. However, I quickly found out that the conversion inside was going to be quite costly. After about half a dozen very high estimates and hearing from most of them that my entire house had to have new pipes installed I was quite discouraged. Then a friend referred me to Knox. Not only were they reasonably priced but they were able to use my existing copper pipes. When other companies were saying that, due to the age of the heater, I may need a new one to make the conversion.
