WOW! I have had PT before, but none them compared to Dr. Mike at Vital! He does a thorough assessment and presents a comprehensive plan. The one on one sessions are great and the homework is always successful with the comprehensive videos he prepares. Cannot recommend him highly enough!

Headed by kaitlin Ley, the facility is one that has all the equipment one would need to achieve their goals to return to a healthy life. 3 Dimensional Physical Therapy is located at 1509 Route 38 in the 38 Plaza, Suite 8, in Hainesport, NJ 08036. With ample parking and wheelchair accessibility. I mention that because trying to fine parking and entrance when your body is working to return to normal can be challenging. Last but not least, you will find a group of therapists that have you and your progress as their main goal. Thy are compassionate as well as focused on your improvement. I have used their services on more then 3 occasions due to my changing condition. I have always left with improvement in mobility, education and a sense of true accomplishment. Thy are family now ? I’ve seen Dr. Kirk for chiropractic adjustments and he’s absolutely wonderful. He’s knowledgeable and extremely kind. I also started seeing him for Softwave treatments and it has been life changing. I have had horrible plantar fasciitis for over fifteen years and in the past I ended up in a boot at least once every other year. Since starting this Softwave treatment on my foot, I don’t have to stretch my foot and ankle in order to get up and walk after sitting down. I could feel the difference after one treatment but after a whole series, it has truly been amazing.
Staff is pleasant and very knowledgeable. Also very informative and non judgemental. Michelle and Meagan ( the therapist) are both very accommodating and flexible with their schedules. I have seen improvement to my injured areas since attending therapy sessions. Meagan and Michelle both make sure that you are performing your sessions safely within a controlled environment.

My name is Damian Fray, and I have attended Kraus Karate Academy for many years. Throughout this journey, I have learned and grown significantly. Although the journey has been long and knowing this is my second time writing this, I believe I can summarize my experience concisely. It all started when I was in the fifth grade, attending my sister's cheer banquet. At the time, I didn't think I had any luck with raffles, but I entered anyway. The prize that stood out to me the most was a free trial class at Kraus Karate Academy. You can probably guess what happened next. Over the years, I worked with seven different instructors, including Mr. Kraus himself. Each of them taught me various skills and techniques, helping me to develop my own style. To my surprise, I eventually became an instructor as well, allowing me to teach a new generation of karate masters. That pretty much sums up my karate journey in a nutshell.

My daughter and I love going to Heather at Twisted Scissors Salon. We love the one on one experience with no interruptions. Heather is the only stylist my teenage daughter has been happy with to cut her hair short. We will always go to Heather for her hair. She is so friendly as well, and I love the fun conversations with her!

We used AllBrite Carpet Cleaning for the first time and they were excellent! Friendly, knowledgeable, on-time, and left our carpets looking brand new. We had some stubborn stains in the living room from our dog, and they came right out. Thank you to Brandon and AllBrite for a job well done!
Hit or miss depending on staff. Some of the staff have great technique (lymph drainage, breaking muscle knots, shiatsu and deep tissue skillsets), while others don't. When you get the right staff, worth every penny, when you don't, you leave feeling that you still need treatment. Find this to be true wherever you go for treatment.

Alliance was quick to respond and schedule the work. Their pricing was transparent and Tommy was a beast diagnosing the leak in our water line and repairing it while saving our bushes and ensuring our leaking issue was resolved. I plan to use them for all of my (hopefully minimal) plumbing needs in the future.
