Love it here!!! Every instructor and class is amazing. I love the relaxing atmosphere of the studio and it’s such a good community of girls that attend classes too! Very comfortable and clean as well! Would highly recommend!!

Serenity not only offers FANTASTIC yoga classes, but now they do Reiki! During my private session with Angela, a wonderful yoga instructor at Serenity as well as a Reiki Master, I could literally feel the heat from her healing hands enter my body. She is kind, intuitive and loving. If anyone is in need of some inner harmony, go see Angela!

I had my first ever yoga session here on a Tuesday morning. Hot yoga made it that much better. I have back issues so I took it easy, but the instructor was great with details and tips for ease. Definitely helped stretch my muscles and ease some tension in my back. There are mats and blocks for you to use or you can bring your own. I recommend bringing water and a towel for sweat. Enjoy!!
