“My husband and I were trying to fix a leaky toilet with parts that were impossible to find on line. We called Hackettstown Supply and Nick was a miracle worker. Not only did he have upgraded parts(brass rather than plastic) he was a wealth of knowledge! His son is also a great guy. He has done work for us a few times. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Nick senior also walked us through problems right over the phone. You will NEVER get this kind of service in a big box store.
