My husband and I were trying to fix a leaky toilet with parts that were impossible to find on line. We called Hackettstown Supply and Nick was a miracle worker. Not only did he have upgraded parts(brass rather than plastic) he was a wealth of knowledge! His son is also a great guy. He has done work for us a few times. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Nick senior also walked us through problems right over the phone. You will NEVER get this kind of service in a big box store. Stay local, you will be the better for it! Thanks Nick and Nick, stay safe.

I called and asked to get a quote for an oil to gas conversion. Nick came and gave me several options. I told him what I wanted to do (all which are possible from other contractor quotes.) He was very forceful trying to sell me equipment and upgrades I did not need . I had to repeat myself several times to make it clear I did not want them. He finally agreed to quote what I asked for. This was on a Saturday. I called on the next Thursday to see the status of the quote. The person I spoke to was not polite at all. He finally said I would get a quote before the weekend which I did. It was for all the upgrades and equipment I did not want or need and said they were not interested in doing the job any other way. I asked for a breakdown of the quote in parts and labor and again he refused. If you want an honest quote and job do not use this company. It does not deserve any stars.

If I could give this place a minus 5 review I would. The owner could not have been more rude and disrespectful to me if she tried! With her condescending attitude I am shocked that anyone would want to do business with her.
