He understood what I needed and shipped me beautiful fabric samples very quickly. He also helped with getting the measurements right and finding a local installer. Anne was informed, flexible and patiently explained everything. Since they are a local business of 30 years in this community, we also chose to use them for installation. Rocco, the owner, takes personal responsibility for the labor and communicated with us throughout. Even though we faced some hiccups and miscommunications that can occur throughout a renovation project, i am happy to say Rocco always did right by us. She was very knowledgable on spacing, patterns, accessories and so much more. I would recommend her to anyone looking to update a room to even a new construction project. We recently added a small addition to our home and Sandra was a true gem! She helped us pick the tile for the bathroom and pantry/laundry room combo as well as the countertop, back splash and paint color for the walls. She also helped with selecting the vinyl flooring for the basement and furniture placement. It looks amazing! We are so happy with the project and so is my family.“
