Phil is fantastic! Excellent and fast communication, incredibly flexible with timing despite our limited windows of time for the inspection, and a timely and extremely detailed inspection with a very well organized and easy-to-read digital report. He even went out of his way to refund us the money for his oil tank sweep and provide a referral for a GPR sweep to be conducted after the property posed challenges with providing conclusive results.
Phil was incredible from start to finish. Thoroughly inspected the property from top to bottom. He made it easy for us to understand as as first time home buyers, he was very helpful in everything. I would recommend Phil 1000 times over and over.
Phil is very thorough and it seemed like nothing was left unturned during the home inspection we hired him for. He is personable and available for questions after the inspection so it made it that much easier to feel comfortable with the inspection report.
