Hackensack Nail

Hackensack Nails used to be my go-to, but my last visit was terrible.
Magdaly did a UV gel manicure that cracked within days, and when I returned, she wouldn’t speak to me directly — instead passing everything to the owner, Kim. Rather than acknowledge the issue, Kim blamed my nails, even though they were perfectly fine after my previous gel set with Linda. The gel removal Kim did was extremely rough and left my nails painfully thin and raw — they’re still burning and splitting two weeks later.

I can’t recommend this salon anymore (sorry linda) — no service is worth this pain. 😭😞

The owner pretends she don't remember individual making appointments and then erases the name. I made an appointment for pedicure and she gets mad it's just for one service she wants acrylic nails also.she spitefully walked away. Ignored me the whole place was full. I left and thought to myself if she does that to me one day it will be to them to. Horrible customer service. The nail techs were nice.they don't get involved.

The staff is very professional and talented. As for the owner, she lacks professionalism and customer service skills at times. I have felt very uncomfortable in the way she treats her hardworking employees.
