Seeing Dr. Mendez regularly for the past three years has been a life changing experience to say the least! There aren't enough words to describe the importance of the work he did on me and the stretches he recommended and held me accountable to do at home, my spine has never been this aligned, healthy, and I no longer suffer from any of the scary pains and aches I was suffering before I started getting adjustments.
