I haven't had surgery yet, but Dr Kaptain was very thorough in explaining my issue in detail so that I can fully understand what was happening in my brain. Very pleasant bedside manner and staff was excellent as well.
New Jersey Brain and Spine is a very well organized institution, great care all around at the start from the supporting cast.
Excellent Doctors carefully listened and proposed treatments that resolved our problem.
It is a rare gem to find a helpful, friendly, and courteous office staff alongside the most outstanding doctors, but it exists here! Dr. Walzman has been my surgeon/doctor since 2022. I have recommended friends and family to this practice because the care is exceptional, the doctor is brilliant, and the staff is superb. I have never once left the office feeling frustrated, unheard, unsure, or confused. Everyone is there to help and offer guidance to make sure that all my questions are answered until I am fully satisfied.
