I've seen Dr. Sultani for the last two years and both my visits went really great. My very first they spent a lot of time getting to know me and what I like in my glasses and contacts. The appointment took long, but they weren't late in seeing me , they were just thorough. I was out in an hour and a half. The second time, toon about 45 minutes but I was getting my eyes looked at. Spent about 10 mins with the nurse and 25 mins with Dr. Sultani. My contacts were discontinued and she gave me several variations to try which I appreciated, some other doctors have been stingy with their samples. It's unfortunate when the personnel makes inadequate decisions that the doctors are probably not even aware of. Our family have been going to this practice for almost a decade (since Dr.Berman's times). Spend so much time and money there, and yet one little favor we asked for was met with so much rudeness and ignorance even from the office manager . I asked for Dr.Esperon to call me to discuss. Needless to say that hasn't happened either. So we left the practice. No questions asked, I am sure that the doctors don't even know how the real show is run at the front desk. This practice has become a conveyor belt factory with no connection or care for the patients.

I LOVE LOVE this office. Dr. Esperon is the best and the staff are super nice, always very kind. I do have to leave this office because my insurance won't support my optometrist. It was a good run though! I have nothing bad to say about this place. They are also taking very good precautions for covid, very secure.
