Clients praise their responsiveness, excellent suggestions, and reasonable fees for the quality of work provided.
In addition to home theater installations, Lowell/Edwards has also excelled in digital intercom system installations, working collaboratively with clients to ensure their specific needs are met. The company is highly recommended for its expertise, professionalism, and customer-centric approach.
Since 2024, they have been my consultant and equipment supplier for my 4,000 sf house's AV, internet & Wi-Fi systems and needs. I cannot say enough about their technical expertise, professionalism, and polite manners. They have helped us stay current and, in 2 instances, helped us out of a jam when things got hinky. There is a lot to say about privately non-PE-owned businesses on so many fronts, and they typify it so, so well. Thank you, Lowell.
