Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa

Overall, Hand & Stone has a pretty good system in place. They have a variety of locations to choose from...we went to their Hackensack location over the weekend and the staff there were very polite and professional. The front desk employees were great, especially since they promptly contacted us when we left an additional gift card behind. The masseuses were noticeably well experienced. I would give this establishment 5 stars had it not been for the two following concerns. 1. Reading the previous reviews I was very hesitant to join here but have had no issues at all The place is very clean and the staff friendly. I received a very good massage and was treated respectfully I wound up joining for once a month It's an excellent deal! No one has tried to upsell me or charged me more than what I asked for

This location in Hackensack is an oasis- I was so pleasantly surprised- excellent in every area Clean, quiet, beautiful energy The manager Kelly & front desk staff were warm, caring & professional. My massages have been the best I have ever had- I was impressed with the paperwork, protocols and questionnaire. No reason to go to nyc when this is in our backyard
