Repair wasn't done properly on a chair the first time and my friend actually fell when it broke and it was lucky she didn't hurt herself.

I looked at the store's hours and made the trip over there and parking was difficult and no one was there until they were supposed to be during the scheduled open times.

I called the next day and the owner acted like he was doing a favor waiting even though I was going there again during the posted operating hours.

He fixed a loose part but didn't volunteer any of his workers to carry it back out to my car.
Initially, to be fair he came out to my car and carried it in.

I recently had a very disheartening experience with D&D Window Treatment. After placing and paying for an order, I was left in a prolonged state of uncertainty and disappointment. Despite their assurances, they have continuously failed to deliver on their promises.From the start, I was led to believe that my order would be ready before the end of the year. However, as time progressed, it became increasingly clear that this would not be the case.
