“I had a great experience working with John and the team at Affordable Home Services. We used them to do a pretty big project (2nd floor extension, bathroom refinishing, and entry room rebuild) and they knocked it out of the park. We got multiple bids on this job and theirs was the most competetive. When you go with a cheaper bid there is a little bit of a fear that maybe the contractor will cut coreners, but not Affordable Home Services! “Pete and his crew did an excellent job on the exterior renovation (new roof, siding, windows, and gutters) of our home.

The crews showed up on site, when he stated they would and worked straight until they completed the entire job, including Saturdays. Their attention to detail, was incredible, they even went as far as matching the color of the gable vents to the new siding vs the standard white vent on every other home. All holes and corners were filled or caulked with color matched caulk. Every fixture had a white mounting block installed. They used high quality material and the installation was spot-on.

At the end of the job, Pete did a full walk-thru with us and identified a couple minor 'punchlist' items. His crew came back the next day to address the issues. Pete even sent his guys back a few months after their contract was complete to add a dryer vent on our addition that I forgot to ask for while they were here.

Their estimate, contract, and payment terms were clear and fair.

We are very satisfied with the work completed by PJ Sullivan Exteriors and the timeframe in which it was completed.

What started off feeling like an impossible project ended up turning out way better than we ever expected. Gil worked with us every step of the way, going over all the little details and making sure everything came out just the way we wanted. We had a basement door that was to small and could not fit a new washer/dryer and although it was not part of the renovation, Gil took care of us and put a new door in to fit the new washer dryer. (State Farm was of NO $$ help, but that's for a different review). Sal was terrific. Nice guy. No BS. No Fluff. Easy to work with. Good pricing compared to others.

I was so impressed with Sal, that I asked them do an entire new roof on my Mother's home. They did a fantastic job. Looks great. We had a bad leak that took 3 tries to fix. Didn't stop Sal until he figured it out! Turns out it was not the roof, but an old bathroom pipe that was cracked. That is Excellent Customer Service!!!

“4 out of 5 for window repair. Guys working at repair office are good, specifically John. Replaced glass in just 2 hours after dropping of. Reason why I didn't gave all 5 stars bcoz they failed to tell me that paying with credit card will be additional 3%. No big deal but I could save if I knew. Also see picture, several location silicone can seen that is not uniform.
Anyways bigger picture is they are good and I'm happy. People was quoting $1500 to $2000 for replacing glass while I took them my own to Dorwin and it costed $650 with 3% lol.
