Precision Windows & Roofing is a NJHIC-licensed contractor in Garfield serving all 21 New Jersey counties. The company replaces and repairs roofs, installs gutters, siding, chimneys and skylights, and installs and repairs windows and fabricates custom glass. Running both trades with its own crews means it can tell whether the water above a window is the window or the flashing, a call a roofer-only or window-only company cannot make. Storm damage and roof leaks get same-day response, and so does broken glass. Customers can also bring windows, sashes and screens straight to the Garfield shop instead of scheduling a service call. Every measurement, cut, seal and finish is done to hold up.
Reviews describe friendly and respectful staff who took care of repair needs and were swift to address concerns. One customer had major reparations from a storm, including a new roof, windows, siding, wood floors and repaired ceilings, and was kept informed of progress. The work was meticulous and the crew a pleasure to deal with. Another customer had window glass fixed with nice, polite and quick service at a very reasonable price, and appreciated a free roof inspection and a $2,000 discount on a roof replacement. Others praise friendly, helpful service, clear explanations, showing up when promised, a great job on the roof, and a clean finish. The team was professional, reliable and easy to work with.
