I have employed IDR Home Inspection twice. The first time, so glad I did! I decided that first option for a home was a scary prospect! The second time, I bought the house! I cannot recommend IDR enough, 10-20 ⭐! David is professional, thorough, knowledgeable, extremely detailed, the report you receive is detailed and clear, and organized into all the categories you need. IDR comes at a bargain price for a professional, knowledgeable, quality job. Again, 20 ⭐ rating!

We highly recommend IDR Home Inspection for all inspection needs. Dave was meticulous and explained everything thoroughly throughout the entire process. He continued to follow up with us to see if we had any questions interpreting his report. The report had less than a 24 hour turn around time and contained everything needed for us to feel confident in our decisions moving forward.
