Dave and Rob of Garden state home inspectors are phenomenal. Not only was it over a hundred degrees and these guys were not shy at all hopping up into the attic to make sure every inch of this house was inspected. They did not leave a stone unturned. From the general inspection, to sewer sweep, to tank sweep…these guys did it all. Also Dave takes the time to explain things which couldn’t be more valuable for a first time home owner. My wife and I couldn’t feel more confident with his education session and punch list for us to take care of. Dave was on time, personable, professional and thorough. Explained all procedures and findings. First class person and work product. And being new to the area Dave also gave me a good restaurant to check out!
David was early, already started on the exterior inspection when we arrived. He is very friendly, I really like how he updates us and walks us through every finding and helps triage all of the findings. He was extremely thorough. Was absolutely worth the expense, very happy with him!
