My real estate agent highly recommended Garden State Home Inspectors as a one stop shop for many aspects of a home inspection. In addition to a basic home inspection, I was able to get chimney inspection, radon, pest inspection and oil tank search. With the exception of the Radon test which requires a 48 hour data collection period, we received our report promptly within a day of the inspection. The report was thorough and our inspector, Dave, was very knowledgeable and gave us updates during the inspection. I would recommend Garden State Home Inspectors to anyone in the process of buying a home.
Dave Haigh is an excellent, friendly, and professional home inspector. He is extremely thorough and is a pleasure to work with. Even though the property that I am purchasing is a new construction, he still checked every little thing. His report was lucid and easy to read. I highly recommend Garden State Home Inspectors for your home inspection needs.

My wife and I couldn’t feel more confident with his education session and punch list for us to take care of. And a special shout out to Ang for getting us on the schedule promptly so we could close on our home with plenty of time to… read full review
