I started coming to fight and fitness MMA for about 1 year now, and i enjoy everything about training there. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and very patient while teaching new techniques. All of the members are nice and it’s a good environment overall.

I’ve had a great experience so far. The instructor is skilled, knowledgeable and has a lot of patience. The results are noticeable, not only physically but mentally. Highly recommend!

I’ve learned so much coming to this gym (for Muay Thai) and it’s my happy place. Better than the MT lesson & practice is the culture that Walt and the senior members create.
