There is actually a woman at Viking pest control who was the best tech I've ever had her name was Desiree !!! She is incredible explaining the whole process ... ants are a real PEST lol
I had this company come out 3 times for a mild infestation. I told them the problem did not go away, but the exterminator insisted there were no signs, and so his job was done. Many months later, the problem continues, and I can not afford another treatment from a different company. Oh well for me I suppose. It doesn't seem fair that I spent so much on a service that had no results.UPDATE: after placing this review, I recieved a phone call addressing my experience. The company came out 2 more times at no cost to me. It was rectified after those 2 visits.
