Really terrible service and quality. I spent 10-20% higher on full renovation of bath and kitchen fixtures when ordering from here. Yet two trim packages were delivered with missing parts or incorrect finishes. Then the resolution wasted 7-10 days to get missing parts. The plumbing supply side of business wants nothing to do with the consumer who just purchased $1000's from their showroom. The woman that answers calls is always "unable to help you". Really terrible service and lack of interest to help too. Go spend your good money anywhere else but here.

By far the worst store you can deal with and there over charging is ridiculous. I asked for a specific whirlpool tub. Nancy tells me we dont sell that but i will give you an identical one by American standard. It gets delivered to my house in a box that looks like its been eaten by a shark. We remove all the tape and pieces of cardboard and install the tub. After installing the tub i find out that i cant fit in the tub or anyone in my house and were not overweight or size people. Nancy says she will gladly sell me one that i will fit in for a good price lol. Nice she sells me something different then i ask for and tells me cant return it because there is no box. Listened to 5 personal conversations going on by staff for about 10 minutes... they'd glance up once in a while as I stood at counter. There was one guy at counter but he was engaged in his own personal conversation with a customer for 10 minutes.... Mind blowing experience. How the hell are these people in business? 15 minutes later... I'm leaving to find another supply place. Way to go Aaron's.
