We have used Region Energy for the past 29+years that we have been in our current home! Service has always be prompt. Our service plan is great. If something goes wrong, answer if a phone call away. Automatic delivery of oil is truly automatic.
Sonny came to my home today to diagnose and fix an issue with the boiler in my newly purchased home. He put my worries at ease when I was panicked about the system randomly shutting off by identifying exactly what was causing the shut offs and was able to replace/fix the issues right on the spot as well as do the annual maintenance the boiler was long overdue for. I really appreciate that he was kind and courteous to me and respected my home - you’d never know someone was tinkering with my boiler as my house was left spotless after all was said and done. You can’t get better sales rep than Armando with Region Energy. Nicest guy in the world. Can’t say enough about him, truly. He made buying hundreds of dollars worth of oil enjoyable. Who can do that for you? No one but Armando. Promote this man. Give him a raise then give him another raise. The world would be a better place as a whole if more people treated their job and service like this man. Better than the rest. Thank you Armando.
