⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This is an amazing company. I have nothing but positive things to say. Wayne did our inspection. He was on time, thorough, friendly, and patient. He answered all of our questions and went back over areas where we felt concerned. He gave us care tips as future home buyers. The reports you receive from the company are clear and easy to digest highlighting the areas that need attention. There was some confusion during the inspection since the Sellers were not present and we did not realize there was an access point to the attic. I called Sherlock Home Inspectors and Ray picked up (the owner), I explained to him the confusion and he was happy to send someone back out to take a quick look and revise the report. I highly recommend this company for any first time home buyers (or really any home buyers). They made the process easy and they make it clear that they care about their reputation as a company. Though some people say that Sherlock is “pricier,” we found that the price difference between them and other companies is roughly only $25 more. It is well worth it when you're making a large investment, you surely want a detailed eye on the inspection job. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends without question.
