Erik was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also incredibly thorough. He took the time to carefully inspect every aspect of the property and gave me an in-depth breakdown of any concerns, recommended maintenance intervals, and even explained how to handle much of that maintenance myself.
He also took the time to let me bounce ideas off him about changes I’d like to make to the home. He was able to explain what was possible, what might not make sense, and better ways to achieve the results I was looking for.
