Very courteous owner and staff. I was impressed how attentive they were to my alteration needs. They also expedited my order so that I could pick it up on the same day. Awesome services.

Called 5 local dry cleaners. The average was $4 for the others with some at $3.25. VIP wanted $8 for a shirt!!!!! Stay away!!!! Won't be going back again. EZ and D and L are the lowest.

Regrettably, I had a poor customer service experience at this cleaners that compels me to give it no more than a single star. I entrusted them with my brand new $500 dress, complete with the price tag, for alterations. My dress had a belt attached at the back, and even though it was a simple alteration, I left the silk-based belt with them as they mentioned pressing the dress upon completion.Upon returning to collect my dress, the staff seemed unsure about the presence of the belt, despite my insistence that I had dropped it off with them. Unfortunately, they couldn’t locate the belt when I returned, causing considerable frustration as I had to make two separate trips without any resolution.A few days later, after inquiring, they still hadn’t found my belt and offered to make a similar one with different fabrics. This suggestion left me bewildered and frustrated. On my third visit, I explicitly informed them that unless they found my original belt, I would not be picking up my dress and demanded a refund of the $500. Finally, they agreed, and the next day, miraculously, they found my belt.This ordeal involved multiple visits and wasted time, and I finally picked up my dress on the fourth visit at an apparent overcharge. I will not be returning to this cleaners and strongly discourage others from choosing it. There are numerous other cleaners available, so I recommend exploring alternatives to avoid the time and money I spent dealing with this particular establishment.

They charged me almost $16 for one dress and almost $4 for one men's dress shirt which seemed like a lot. Also, my dress had a stain on it which I asked them to mark and pay extra attention to. When we picked the items up, the dress still had the stain on it and they had to redo it. When we returned for the second time, it still wasn't ready and they asked us to come back a third time. There was never any apology offered for having to return so many times. Overall not impressed at all and would not recommend.

After 10 years of using VIP, I have seen such a decline in the level of service (retuning clothing with huge glaring stains and rips a tears to NOT picking up when they are scheduled to, to losing my items) and when I called to see if I could DELIVER IT TO THEM after they were once again a no show since I needed them to FIX THE DRESS THEY RUINED LAST WEEK, Steve was horrible and thinks he does not have to provide customer service to his long-term customers.Services: Delivery
