This is my first time leaving a review. I read the reviews below and I feel like the people here are being unfair. I have been sending my dog to grooming and daycare for three years. I wonder if there is another place that treats dogs as carefully as the groomers here. I think this is the only hair salon that doesn't put you in a cage or make double appointments. I am 100% satisfied. Thank you to all the staff here who work only for dogs.

Disappointing! Second time there. Have an 18 yo blind Cockapoo with clear dementia. When I picked her up owner told me that they cannot groom her again because the dog, owner and the groomer were all "very stressed". I explained that the dog is old but she had no visible empathy. What upset me most is when I got home, I realized her ears were filthy and clearly not cleaned and her nails were visibly still very long (cost $80 for a shave). I called and spoke with owner who told me to bring her back (really!). I told her i would clean her ears myself.

I got my dog groomed here and oh did she look so nice and clean haha. Friendly workers, professional, definitely recommend them and I will be returning! Hopefully COVID doesn't affect their business. Happy Holidays! And thank you for your services.
