The Thursday 10 AM chair class is so much fun. I can feel my body becoming more balanced week by week, which makes the class even more rewarding. MS. Jiwon does an amazing job explaining each movement in detail and helping correct our posture, making the class both enjoyable and very effective.

Club Pilates has been great for my postpartum recovery. The instructors respect correct posture to insure proper technique so you don’t cause injury. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my core strength with 8 classes a month.
