I love Retro Fitness for various reasons. Firstly, the atmosphere is fantastic; it truly feels like a gym with the right energy and motivation. The vibrant environment pushes me to give my best during workouts. Secondly, the variety of equipment available caters to all my fitness needs, ensuring I can diversify my workouts and target different muscle groups. As an employee, former member, and one time first place winner of the “September Push-Up challenge” (by a landslide) this gym is definitely good vibes. Definitely wish the colors were different and I might just sneak in here and change them myself. (I am pictured below)

This is by far one of the best retro locations in the state! When I switched from my hometown retro to this one in October due to a move I was a little nervous. But the staff here completely blew me away! The manager Will is always on top of everything and even has a water cup prepared for my pre workout when I come in after work! The team members are also some of the friendliest and most knowledgeable people I've met through working out! Mary, Eric, Casey, Tommy and Bailey are always ready to answer your questions, give you a spot, or whip you up a shake! Would give 6 stars if I could!
