I have been a member here for a few years and wish I had come here years ago when I was considering this. This is a great place to work out and work on fully body and mind wellness across the lifespan. It helps me maintain my holistic wellness and the members I've met and socialized with here are like-minded focused on their health and wellness maintenance. The upstairs cardio and resistant exercise equipment area is clean and people are respectful of others with good gym etiquette. Best front desk at any gym, hands down. Caring, patient, and just all around awesome. Some awesome Pilates and barre crew on staff as well, Briana, Miranda, Lisa, Lauren M… The kids academy is also pretty flawless and our kid loves it. The pool system is awesome and well maintained. The lifeguards are always polite.
Sad that I can’t take John and dom’s yoga classes but after being called out in a 40-person class by a yoga teacher for sending a 2 word text to my babysitter, and being called disruptive by the yoga teacher manager who wasn’t even present at the class I’m referencing, in a studio where people frequently videotape class...read full review
This place changed my life. It’s absolutely the best. The staff are always extremely friendly. It’s the most amazing community. all the classes keep me super engaged - Lifetime has really helped me reach my fitness goals with the variety of classes that they offer. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!!
