“10 out of 10. My heart is so full. Let’s start by saying I may have been the problem customer of the day. Unfortunately my brand new tire caught a huge nail, in which left me with a flat tire while on the highway to my appointment. By the grace of God, there was a tire shop 5 mins away. Most places would show no empathy and charge my card on file the full amount and leave me with no services. But Lash Lounge’s customer service was incredible! I’m sure this doesn’t happen everyday, as they have policies. But my appointment was changed about three times to better accommodate my situation. Enough with the sad story. My first impression upon arrival was breathe taking. It was so clean and peaceful. My lash specialist Deyra was so professional and gentle. It was hard not to fall asleep during my session. If you want a peaceful, clean, and professional atmosphere to get your lashes or eyebrows done to perfection, this is your place! Did I mention the owner was so welcoming! Plus there’s parking! Yesterday reminded me that beautiful people do exist.“
