Depending on the staff available they do good work. The quality is inconsistent I think it’s disrespectful to the clients that they are often engaged in telephone conversations while working It seems focus is not on the service they are providing

Nice eyebrow place, but depends on who’s the threader!!I am regular customer here I have very good experience and very not happy experience when threader is adamant to do her way and not listening my instructions ??

I’ve been coming here since I was in high school (almost 10 years!) and am consistently pleased. I’ve been blessed with thick eyebrows and I always leave with them perfectly cleaned without losing thickness or shape. Walked in today and Chandra took care of me as the caterpillars I called eyebrows were ready to crawl off my face. They look and feel great, and the staff is always super pleasant and kind. I’ll continue to come back!
