This place has made a huge difference in my health and the instructors there are so caring and supportive. They show me modifications for all the exercises so I don’t injure myself further. Each day works a different body part so it’s never boring. I’m starting to feel better and see a difference already even in the short time I’ve been going. Everyone in the classes are also supportive of you and a great bunch of people. It actually makes working out fun.
