I returned a saddle that was broken during installation today expecting to have to purchase a new one. With regard to the natural stone I purchased, they offered me other more durable option first. Knowing my heart was set on this material, they gave me a new one at no charge and carefully explained how it can easily it can break due to the nature of the material and install. Jim took extra time to secure it in my vehicle. My only warning is their options and showroom can be overwhelming as the options are endless! I want to change my tile every visit, but I can’t say enough about the stock tile we have now used in 4 bathrooms and 2 foyers! So durable and low maintenance! I can’t say the same for the big box stores and the prices are more than affordable. They will listen to your design ideas and suggest the right plan! No wonder I see repeat designers there when I go! Getting samples is no issue either! They are very accommodating!“
