“We have used Mill Direct Flooring in multiple properties for our carpeting and hardwood floors needs over the last 10 years. They have been excellent every time. They worked with us smoothly, stayed within budget, and once even completed a hardwood replacement within two weeks before our move (see photo).
What really stands out is their customer service. After one carpet installation, we were not happy with the transition between the carpet and the tile. The manager came out personally, listened to our concerns, and came up with a great solution by adding a custom wood transition between the tile and carpet - it still looks beautiful after years of use (see the second photo). Joe's entire team is kind, professional, and takes pride in their work. I would not use anyone else for flooring in this area.“
