In the middle of a snow storm, He showed perfectly at 1pm. The time schedule was 12-2pm. Took off his boots and fixed my Bosch washer in less than a half hour. Great energy and a job well done. I hope I don't have to call them again and if, and when my machine needs to serviced I am calling Appliance Master.

Rich is incredibly polite and professional. We called to have our range looked at, realized there was also an issue with our dryer and he added a new work order at the time. He was able to diagnose both appliances immediately, get the parts ordered and installed within a few days.

Rich from appliance master showed up earlier than expected to repair our LG dryer. He was very attentive on the job an found a couple of repairs above and beyond what was requested. A build up of lint posing a fire hazard and a missing screw that was allowing more lint than normal into the bottom of the machine. He was a skilled technician and I would use him for any future appliance services required. Thanks of the great job you did for us.
