When everyone else said we would have to wait months for a particular washer & dryer, Rich got us equivalent models in just a week. Then he made sure the installation was exactly right. Even changing the dryer door swing to better fit the location. Always appreciate the personal touch of a small business owner like him. The big box stores just don’t compare.

Rich is brilliant in fixing appliances as well as in installing new appliances. He has serviced us for years. Everyone at Ihling is a pleasure to work with and always give great advice and service. Ihling Appliances is TOPS in my book.

Amazing service! Both at the store/office and delivery and installation of a dishwasher...that usually gets delivered by a Home Depot or Lowes and then..they have no clue how to install! Thank you Rich and Heather! Incomparable to all!
