“Sean was absolutely fantastic! We had taken down some walls in our home and had these big gaps where floorboards were missing. Sean came in, assessed the situation and said he can get it done. Absolutely seamless, you cannot even tell that he put in new floorboards. I couldn’t help but to call him an artist. “Wow. Rich worked from 10-5 cleaning the grout on my kitchen floor. It looks like I bought a new floor. He even replaced one tile that I dropped something on and it cracked. he cleaned the floor too and put grout in other spots that needed it. Amazing job. Rich was very fastidious and a perfectionist. I tried to clean myself with zap and a steamer but could not get it clean. I was just about to buy a new floor but I tried grout envy first. Glad I did I highly recommend Rich without reservation.
