Excellent practice! I went in for emergency lymphatic drainage therapy before, and Cortney was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything she would be doing before she began. Then she sent me on my way with information on exercises I could do on my own. I would highly recommend!
I had an incredible experience at Colysa Therapies with Cortney. I suffer from painful periods and sciatica and the service I chose was the Fascia & Fluid massage. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her office space is beautiful, full of plants, and very inviting. She took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped me feel confident about the process.
Before the massage began, she asked detailed questions about my symptoms and listened intently as I described them. She provided detailed aftercare and maintenance instructions, which have been so helpful.

As someone who has suffered from TMJ and neck issues since my 20's. After experiencing 2 Glow with Buccal massages, my jaw and neck haven't felt this good and pain free in several decades. Cortney is an extremely skilled therapist. She is warm and inviting and knowledgeable and makes you feel safe and welcomed in her beautifully crafted space. Do yourself a favor and book yourself some self-care....you won't be disappointed.
