“I don’t wear clothes that need dry cleaning, but I’ve used this shop’s tailoring services before for things like alterations and zipper replacements and they’ve always been excellent.

A few days ago, I brought in a brand-new fall vest with a zipper that had snagged the nylon shell lining. I’d already made it worse trying to fix it myself and I thought it was ruined. Out of desperation, I came here.

The woman at the counter was incredibly kind. She worked on it patiently for several minutes, even though it wasn’t looking promising. But she stuck with it and eventually freed the lining from the zipper’s teeth. Then, to my surprise, she refused to accept any payment!

That small act of kindness and generosity made my day. I’m very grateful for her help and I won’t forget it.“
