From terribly stained clothes to repairs, I only use Sir Francis because I know everything will be correct. Recently, I needed a shirt I put in for dry cleaning but the office was closed. I texted the owner who was off and he came and opened the store so I could get my shirt before my big presentation. Talk about going the extra mile for a customer!
