I was able to stay consistent, work toward my goals of losing weight and getting stronger, and actually enjoy the process—something I didn’t think was possible before joining.

Work related injuries and subsequent surgeries deterred me from even thinking of exercising, never mind joining a gym again. Having gained weight and being so out of shape made it difficult to walk back into the place that had transformed you once already. I was put at ease immediately seeing the faces of many of the old trainers and the friendly faces of some new ones. With modifications and guidance from these professional young men and women, even with my personal limitations, I am able to again obtain results beyond any expectations I may have had. I attend and enjoy boot camp classes at both the Ocean Township and Little Silver locations. The trainers and owners are ALL professional, warm, motivating, kind, people who really care about YOU and your results!“

It’s not just your typical training center it offers so much to fit your individual need. They have a full recovery lounge and the BEST hot yoga classes. Special shout out to Greg who is the absolute best! And make sure to take allllll the hot yoga classes !!“

59 White Rd, Shrewsbury“I tried Pilates at a few studios and didn't really like it but someone told me to try Pure Pilates with Maribeth. Best decision ever! She is an excellent teacher, very knowledgeable, encouraging and patient. Whether she's doing individual or group classes she makes a point to get to know each persons limitations and will modify the exercises for that person. She is so patient, very supportive and makes the classes fun and relaxing. Highly recommend if you are looking for a great workout in a relaxed space!!“
