The whole vibe is such a girls’ girl energy — supportive, chill, and they make sure you’re comfy the whole time. I literally feel like besties with all of them. They’re the sweetest humans ever, and I couldn’t have found a better facial spot. 10/10 recommend, I’m in love 💕

I had an amazing experience at Refined Skin Club. The owner was fantastic—her expertise and professionalism truly stood out. She gave my skin the deep clean it needed and extracted stubborn blackheads that no one else had been able to touch. My face was glowing afterward and, most importantly, she left no scars or irritation.
The customer service was also exceptional. She made me feel comfortable the entire time, explaining the process as we went and keeping the conversation engaging. It was clear she genuinely cared about both the results and the client experience.
I even purchased some of the recommended cleansers and products after my session because I trusted her knowledge and could immediately see the difference in my skin. My face feels brand new.
One note: the location can be a little tricky to find since it’s inside near the gym area—you’ll need to go through the locker room area. If you’re unsure, just ask someone at the front desk to guide you, and they’ll walk you right in. Once you’re there, though, it’s absolutely worth it.
Refined Skin Club is truly a 5-star service all the way. I cannot recommend it enough!
