Today I came 15 min late .I was scheduled to see a doctor I never heard of but was turned away . I have been going for 25 yrs and this is unacceptable .There was no other patient in the waiting room either. I am going to report the Dr that turned me away to Dr javadadem there.vwho has been my doc all this time That's how one is treated. ? Great way to keep a patient isn't it?
I had an annual visit in November. As I left the office I confirmed that there was no copay on an annual according to my insurance plan.
Two weeks later I get a bill for a copay. I called. I was told yes it was my annual visit but it was also considered an office visit, so I owed the money.
There were NO ISSUES at the annual visit; it was purely an annual check-up, but the office REFUSED to discard the copay. This is purely a money-grab. I am very disappointed in this group. I hope that insurance companies will look into this matter.
The team at EHPN-Leonia is professional, kind and efficient. I never have to wait long after my scheduled appointment. My physician, Dr Ashwin Jathavedam, is thorough and takes a special interest in the patients. He makes excellent recommendations as well.
Dr ‘J’ is the best physician I’ve ever had. That is not an exaggeration. Kudos to EHPN-Leonia.
