We did not know Lee R. Kobb, Inc. before the emergency with water heater. Lee R. Kobb, Inc. was recommended to us by water heater manufacturer. We had scheduled repair appointment immediately and crew arrived to our house next morning. Fred and his assistant brought new water heater and removed one which was broken. They drained 75 gallon old tank without spilling a single drop of water. Within 3 hours from their arrival we had hot water again. I’m very thankful to Lee R. Kobb, Inc. and Fred. Kobb plumbing and HVAC really do a great job. They have great expertise in all problem areas and of any complexity level. When you hire Kobb, you are getting a whole team who communicates and lean on one another to deliver the best and most efficient outcomes for their clients.
