We did not know Lee R. Kobb, Inc. before the emergency with water heater. Lee R. Kobb, Inc. was recommended to us by water heater manufacturer. We had scheduled repair appointment immediately and crew arrived to our house next morning. Fred and his assistant brought new water heater and removed one which was broken. They drained 75 gallon old tank without spilling a single drop of water. Within 3 hours from their arrival we had hot water again. I’m very thankful to Lee R. Kobb, Inc. and Fred. Dave had warned me that to change my long dryer vent piping to the mandated steel pipes would cause a huge mess when square holes were cut in my ceilings. However they cleaned up well and I had only minimal vacuuming to do.
They even returned some days later to address two issues, including taping over a hole above my bed with my vinyl scrap (last photo).

“As a long term neighbor (a couple of blocks away) and home owner who now as retired university professor and advanced diy mechanic who as an hobbyist sports car amateur racer and motorcyclist had no problem installing our new home boiler, water heater and gas bbq all a couple of times, but now at 83 years old and knowing my limitations called on John and Steven to rework our gas line for a new gas stove.
