My oil fired boiler was in bad shape. I got an estimate for converting from one company and it was very expensive. I kept delaying the decision, but November came and I was tired of worrying that it could die any day. I asked my old friend who is a realtor if she knew any good plumbers. She referred me her go-to plumber, John. I called him and he came to look that evening after work. He is a confident and wonderful guy who has a habit of saying “trust me!” and explained what he will do. I already trusted him 100% and could feel I was in good hands.

As a long term neighbor (a couple of blocks away) and home owner who now as retired university professor and advanced diy mechanic who as an hobbyist sports car amateur racer and motorcyclist had no problem installing our new home boiler, water heater and gas bbq all a couple of times, but now at 83 years old and knowing my limitations called on John and Steven to rework our gas line for a new gas stove. As they had done on other normal plumbing issues with our 70 year old house, Steven came and installed new gas service and the new oven as well as providing good company for my wife and I, which made tech chats with me and advice for a renovation notion with my wife...read full review
