Vizstara is not just a normal practice. It’s also an education and mentorship center for implant dentistry, led by Dr. Nicolas Elian and Dr. Martha Miqueo, and you can feel that level of expertise literally every second you’re there. Dr. Elian’s background is especially serious: implant dentistry, advanced bone augmentation, retreatment of failed implants, former leadership roles at NYU, international teaching, the whole thing. In many places, credentials like that look impressive on paper and then the actual visit feels underwhelming. Here, it’s the opposite. The real-life experience fully lives up to it. It clearly feels like a top-tier implant center, especially if you need difficult corrective work.

The whole place is exceptional: the vibe, the quality of the interior, the technology, but most of all the team. My trusted NYC dentist, who works with them, brought me here to fix a failed implant, and I’m genuinely grateful for that.

This is really highly recommended when it comes to implants. Dr. Elian is not only a renowned expert in implant retreatment and advanced grafting, but also a true gentleman with amazing humor. I’ve had numerous fillings done here, and the cleanings are phenomenal with hygienist Samantha. Her attention to detail is top-notch, and she has the softest hands—you’ll have a great, comfortable experience in her chair.

“Dr. Froum is the best. He found a problem that had stumped two prior dental providers. He is a skilled clinician. An expert at what he does. Every single person in the office is outstanding. I had a special cleaning by dental hygienist Natasha. She is a professional with many years experience.....and it shows. In addition she is so pleasant, thoughtful and nice. There is another beautiful Hispanic young lady in the office whose name escapes me (I'm sorry to say). She is an assistant there and SHE is amazing person too. When I had my periodontal surgery, she calmed me and comforted me. I needed that because I was SCARED. The ladies behind the desk are all on point. Shout out to Kenya who got me in quickly as I am getting new dental insurance and needed to see Dr. Froum before the old insurance expired. Kyle helps with laying out all things insurance in a way you can understand.....because THAT can be confusing. Overall, Dr. Froum has assembled a great crew. I've had a wonderful experience and plan to continue care with Dr. Froum going forward. OH! Did I mention that the office looks like an art gallery? Beautiful, and unique, art pieces throughout the entire suite of offices and dental exam rooms. For me, it really makes a difference when the office itself is a feast for the eyes :-)“
