Heidi, did a wonderful job! 💕 she was always checking in with me to see if I was okay and if I liked my nails a certain way. Such a sweet person and very gentle! Ask for her if you come here. I recommend 10000000/10 😊❤️

Sonia did such an amazing job on my nails! I got a gel manicure with gold fade, white stars on most my nails and a cute reindeer on the middle one. They turned out super cute! My sis got acrylic extensions with deer print/frenched tips which also turned out amazing!

This was my first time but definitely not my last! My experience here at Sotos was absolutely amazing. Kerry did my nails (short set) and did not disappoint. She took her time and executed with perfection. The salon was clean and cute, and the girls were very professional and nice. I'll be back for my refill Kerry!

I went in today for a manicure and pedicure, and I have to say I was impressed. First off, the customer service was top-notch. Huge shoutout to Keity (I hope I spelled your name right, apologies if not!), who was absolutely amazing attentive, detail-oriented, and clearly cares about making your experience perfect. The prices were good, the service was meticulous, and honestly, they’re perfectionists in the best way possible. I left feeling relaxed, polished, and already planning my return. Highly recommend (and Keity deserves a raise).

Absolutely the worst service!!! Nails and toes are atrocious!! Very sloppy work, nails not what I wanted in the slightest!!! Asked the nail tech to fix but they still not what I asked for. And don’t get me started on how RUDE the owner and staff are. Never going back!! Save your money and time!! Worst experience!!! $125 for crappy looking nails and toes!!! Angry doesn’t even begin to describe how I’m feeling!! Literally left and walked into another nail salon to fix my botched nails.

I visited this salon for the first time for a pedicure and poly gel nails, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Charlot was amazing — she explained everything step-by-step, made sure I was comfortable and truly impressed me with her talent. My nails turned out absolutely beautiful & my feet have never felt so pampered. She was also so friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole visit even better. I’m so glad I found this place and will definitely be coming back!
