It was my first time there and it was a great experience. Aïcha took her time with me and made sure she gave me exactly what I wanted because she can sense the pickiness in me lol. Overall 5 star experience, the entire staff was very nice. Will definitely be back!

Was considering coming here but after seeing these reviews I changed my mind! I can not respect a business that only acknowledges the good reviews but doesn’t take the time to acknowledge the issues of the dissatisfied customers. Completely ignored them after taking their money is blatantly disrespectful! Please work on customer service!

Aicha definitely impressed me 👏🏾 I haven't had braids in my hair for over 10 years, because of my thin edges. I was nervous at first, but she assured me that she could make it happen. Her staff helped out a ton, and was also amazing braiders. Overall, I'm pleased their my services. 😃 Loving my hair 😍 💕

Been a loyal customer for years now. And I do like the hairstyles sometimes. But there is somehow always a problem with scheduling. Whether you are setting up an appointment, and the person ghost you for hours, and then tells you your appointment slot has been taken (yep happened to me) . Or you pay the deposit, but they never send you the stylist and makes it seem like your fault (yep happened to me as well). Or lastly you pay the deposit, you get your stylist info, and you drive all the way there JUST for the stylist to not be here HOURS after your appointment time (by the way you are also paying for parking) wasting my time, and my money. And there is no way to contact them when things like this happens. I’ve been texting and calling while I’m sitting with my unfinished hair waiting for my stylist to stroll in to do it. It’s unacceptable and unforgivable. No business should do this. And in the end they will always blame you. They picked up so quickly when it was my turn to pay more money. But when it’s their mistake there is no one to listen or talk to. It’s frustrating that this had happened more than once. I’m done giving there countless of chances
